Xue Radha


Radha – Xue Zhao started her journey in yoga and meditation since 2006 and has completed over 600 hours of training in China, Thailand, India, Canada and the United States. She has one year of yoga teaching experience in Montreal, Canada, particularly specializing in Hatha yoga and meditation. Currently Xue is also involved in translation of Buddhist scriptures and meditation.

Radha’s Yoga classes employ poetry and play, and introduce different yoga asanas and meditation techniques to connect with the body, mind and spirit.

A 90-minute class includes:

  • 5-10 minutes of greeting and poem sharing
  • 50-55 minutes of physical yoga postures, including warm-up and savasana (final physical posture)
  • 15 minutes of pranayama or dynamic meditation
  • 15 minutes of still guided sitting meditation
