Yoga with Jess Jia

Jessica Jia

Jess is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the USA Yoga Alliance. Yoga has been part of her life since she was a teenager. Curious to explore the world around her, Jess began her journey as a marketing and PR manager for an international luxury hotel brand, which led her to study and work in New Zealand and China. She discovered how Yoga could help her overcome physical challenges and find balance between the material and spiritual worlds. In 2015 Jess decided to leave her job and travel to Rishikesh India, the capital of Yoga, where she received her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate. Jess now teaches Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at Beijing Mindfulness Centre.

Jess is a lover of healthy vegetarian food and nutrition. She received her Plant-based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell University.
