At Beijing Mindfulness Center, we have a holistic approach focused on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. We teach secular mindfulness and mindfulness-based practice. We see all facets of life as opportunities to expand mindfulness, believing that happiness and fulfillment are attainable for each and everyone of us. Our classes are open to beginners with no experience to those interested in advanced practices.
